I'm afraid that these weeks of being not-solo in Ecuador have not been so good for my regular blogging, but rest assured that I am happy and, other than some spectacular passing out / vomiting in a bus, healthy.

You'll hear from me again sometime after August 24, at which point I will be sprinting madly through the Historical Archives of the Banco Central while simultaneously preparing mentally to move to DC and desperately missing my dear, dear love whom I've gotten used to having around again.
